Bethany Community Support provides the Regional Family Violence After Hours Crisis service for women and women with accompanying children who are experiencing family violence and residing within the Barwon South West Region.

This service is provided after standard business hours, operating Monday to Friday 7.00pm to 6.30am and is also available on weekends and public holidays.
 
Services available for women and women and their children include information, risk assessment, referral and advocacy. Short term crisis accommodation is available to women experiencing family violence who require immediate assistance outside of standard business hours.  Support is provided by either telephone or face to face contact.

The Regional Family Violence After Hours Services works closely with the Statewide Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service.  The Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service is a 24-hour/7 days a week telephone service providing support, information and accommodation for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Family Violence Outreach Support Services
The Family Violence Outreach Support Service provides post crisis support to women and women with accompanying children who are experiencing or escaping family violence.  Case management support is available in Geelong for women who are seeking support or who have accessed the Family Violence After Hours Service.
 
Referrals can also be made to the Barwon Domestic Violence Outreach Service (BDVOS) can be made on 03 5224 2903 or the Statewide Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service.
 
Specialist Family Violence Counselling

The Specialist Family Violence Counselling provides counselling and support for women experiencing family violence.  To access Specialised Family Voilence Counselling call Bethany on 5278 8122 between 9am and 5pm weekdays.

The Family Violence Services Program is funded by the Department of Family and Community Services
