Bethany is pleased to support students, both local and overseas, with opportunities to gain valuable experience of working in the sector prior to completion of their accredited course.

Throughout the year there are a number of opportunities for student placements in a variety of services that include the Family Choices Program, Gamblers Help, Homeless Services, Social Housing Advocacy & Support Services.

If you are interested in applying for Student Placement at Bethany, in the first instance contact the student placement coordinator at your tertiary institution who should contact the Quality Assurance Coordinator at Bethany on your behalf.

Once a suitable program has been identified the respective Program Manager will invite you for interview to discuss the opportunity in greater detail.

On completion of the placement or within the an agreed timeframe, all students undertaking a placement at Bethany will be required to complete an evaluation paper to assist the organisation in ensuring that the program here at Bethany remains relevant and of value to both the student and the agency.
