2020 Bethany Superhero Awards Competition

The Bethany Superhero Awards aims to engage and educate primary school aged children about the importance of respectful, caring relationships and how to identify positive role models in their lives – people whose everyday actions enrich and empower them

From Monday 17 August – Friday 18 September, primary school aged children in Greater Geelong and Warrnambool are encouraged to nominate their very own superhero by writing a story or poem, drawing pictures, using photographs or making a video entry to describe their special person and enter them into the Bethany Superhero Awards competition.

Children can nominate in two categories:

  • Family & Friends
  • Teachers, Coaches & Community

Judging process:

To ensure all entries are judged fairly, nominations will be segmented into the following age groups:

  • Prep – Grade 1
