How will you work with my family as part of the program?

When you connect our Integrated Family Services Program, we’ll provide you with a family worker. They will work with you to:

    • understand your family’s needs and priorities
    • set goals
    • develop a plan and work together to meet your goals

This might include advocating on your behalf to other people or organisations, referring you to other services and suggesting parenting strategies.

Does the service support all family members?

Yes, your family worker is there to support the needs of all immediate family household members. This includes children and partners. We recognise that all members of a family have an important role and may require support in many different ways.

Can I contact Bethany Geelong or Bethany South West directly for support?

No, you need to contact Child FIRST or The Orange Door first. They can then refer you to our Family Services Program. Call The Orange Door and ask to be referred to Bethany’s Family Services Program.
