We support an inclusive environment where people of all genders and ages, people living with a disability, First Nations people and people from LGBTI and CALD communities feel empowered to share their experiences and ideas; knowing that these will be valued and respected. Our staff are well-informed and sensitive to lived experiences. They understand the complexities and challenges people face when accessing services. We are committed to working with you to understand your needs.
Bethany Community Support provides Employee Assistance Program services to a number of local organisations.
An Employee Assistance Program – or EAP – is a confidential counselling service available to any employee of a member organisation who requires assistance with issues affecting their wellbeing, either personally or at the workplace. Counselling with qualified Bethany professionals can be provided over the phone or face-to-face.
If you would like to speak to us about setting up an EAP agreement for your business or work-place, please contact the Manager Therapeutic and Children Services on (03) 5278 8122.
If you are an employee of an organisation which has an EAP agreement with Bethany, and you would like to speak confidentially with one of our counsellors, please contact us on (03) 5278 8122 or download our EAP brochure
