We support an inclusive environment where people of all genders and ages, people living with a disability, First Nations people and people from LGBTI and CALD communities feel empowered to contribute their experiences and ideas, knowing that these will be valued.
We aim to make every member of our community feels comfortable when interacting with our organisation. Our pathway towards fostering an inclusive and diverse culture is ongoing and reflected through our actions.

Rainbow Tick accreditation
Bethany Community Services has Rainbow Tick Standards accreditation which demonstrates our commitment to deliver safe and inclusive services for LGBTI+ people.
Reconciliation Action Plan
Our Reconciliation Action Plan guides and informs Bethany Group to work towards reconciliation and promote cultural inclusivity. Currently we are working on our Innovate Plan, which we hope to launch in 2023.
